FIT is not a normal college that you would expect to go to in most parts of the nation. After being here for a semester, most of the people who I met here were already managers, ceos, vice presidents, founders, stylists, art directors, and assistant fashion designers before being sophomores or graduating. It's like going to a college already being around professionals instead of becoming professionals with a college degree. Those students tended to be quite into themselves, stuck up and only associated with other fabulous fashion social climbers. They don't reflect everyone here. There are nice people here too starting from the bottom.
