No way in hell is SDSU one of the best schools in Cali. There's Stanford, Berkeley, Davis, Pepperdine, Loyola, UCLA, UCSB to name a few. MY GPA wasn't high enough to get into one of these, but I'm doing my best to re-apply and see if my relatives can pull some strings. My SDSU classes are so awful and wonder what I ever did to deserve this. I don't think that the professors could get hired anywhere else either so they have to settle for here. I kind of like that I can be anonymous at SDSU because this school is known to have dangerous professors and students who will go after you if you express your disapproval. |
To the person before me who added his ill-informed response—the original poster said SDSU was the best California State School—that means "Cal State" Fullerton, Cal State Northridge, etc. He didn't say SDSU was better than Stanford or Cal. No wonder you are having a rotten time at SDSU, with a chip on your shoulder and poor reading comprehension. |
Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
SDSU has a great overall atmosphere. The surrounding city is obviously great. The campus is surprisingly beautiful and well put together. Although not a Harvard or USC, definitely has to be the best of the California State Schools.
