I honestly didn't want to go to Binghamton University. I wanted to go to an Ivy or NYU, but somehow ended up at a state school. But I absolutely love it here. I changed my mind about being here within a day of stepping on campus.

People that don't like Binghamton's social scene are people that sit in their dorm rooms and except people and activities to come to them. It doesn't work that way in any school. Yes, you have to get out there and make friends and make things happen for yourself, but that's kind of like the real world. You don't have to be a detective to find a lot of fun. Just get out of your dorm room. If you're not willing to put yourself out there, then Binghamton may not be the place for you.
