Major: Music - Performance (This Major's Salary over time)
I went into Indiana University (specifically the Jacobs School of Music) hearing how highly rated the classical vocal program was. My experience there was so terrible that I transferred the next year, because I found myself wasting money on a program that did not challenge me to grow. The other majors seemed mediocre, but nothing about this school was exceptional, and I had expected at least decency. The people are alright, the professors too, but the city and the overall life there is awful. I wish that the Jacobs name had lived up to my expectations, but I'll happily take my transfer school over the name recognition anyday. !
