The school is a good school academically, but the public safety and Fairfield Police department are very strict with students when it comes to the social life on and off campus which really brings down everyone's satisfaction with the school. Public safety is way too strict with writing students up for underage drinking which makes people afraid to have parties which ultimately ruins the weekends. After being a Fairfield student for nearly a year and a half I would suggest not to come to this school because of the social life. The social life is so non existent that by the time the weekend comes around students do not have a social life to take theirs minds off of the work load they had during the week. DO NOT COME HERE. Living at the beach is a lot of fun but what they do not tell you is that there is now a housing lottery to live off campus. Fairfield University is not a school worth coming to if you want a fun social life.
