OH MY GOD! It's almost over. I literally have less than a week to savor the rest of my time here at SU. But where do I begin? I don't even know where to start off explaining the wonderful time I had here at Syracuse University. I just cannot put in words the amazing people I've met here—people who are constantly on a mission to change the world with their brilliance, creativity and their aspiring philanthropies. I cannot express who grateful I am for the professors who showed me HOW to think. There are many Universities where professors tell you WHAT to think. Syracuse is not one of them. Syracuse Professors teach you how to think, which in turn, lets you form your own logical judgment on the way you perceive the world and ultimately perceive your own future—mostly for the better. I thank everyone of my professors from my COM 107 professors in Newhouse to my African American Studies professors. They have all challenged me and enlightened me in many respects.

I joined a sorority which added to me amazing college experience. I was able to spend beautiful spring days on the quad studying with friends and ultimately falling asleep. I was able to go into another country through study abroad and immerse myself in a different environment. One that I am not used to. I was an RA in my freshman year residence hall which granted me free room and board for that year. All thanks to Syracuse University. I will never trade my experiences at this school for any other.

DON'T THINK TWICE BOUT COMING. YOU WILL LOVE IT and I know many people who are just as sad that they are leaving and many people who are just dying to come. The city of Syracuse is not comparable to NYC in that it is not as great and bustling, but the experience you will have at Syracuse University makes up for that. And believe me, you will be amazed once you're a student here.
