First College of Art in the United States. One of the greatest.

You are surrounded by geniuses at MICA. This school doesn't get as much publicity as the schools in NYC, this has actually helped the school, browsing art schools I found that many of them were far too commercialized. MICA maintains being the Art school that has a legendary reputation in a way which is slightly distanced and independent from the typical vision of how art schools work.

MICA has the undisputed BEST department of Painting…Hence the name College of art as opposed to school of design.
