Yes, there are "cookie-cutter" students, and many rich, white students who dont know the definition of work. Yes, many people on campus look the same and come from similar backgrounds. However, BC is what you make of it. You can choose to buy into the whole image as above and go through 4 years in a drunken haze making small talk with people who arent really interested in knowing about you but rather simply dont want to be seen standing alone. If you choose to reject that idea then you can have a wonderful time at BC. Not only aesthetically pleasing and close to Boston, BC does have many brilliant and interesting people to meet and create a wonderful college experience. The quality of education is high and the school spirit and football games are great fun. I have very fond memories of BC, as I was less concerned about being popular and more concerned about learning and creating memories of my own.
