Major: Computer Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
RIT is a very challenging and draining environment. It is filled with arrogant and anti-social students who are absorbed in their education too much to care about the fact that you will actually need to know how to deal with people in order to survive in the real world.RIT doesn't care about their students AT ALL. The care deeply for your money however! The education is over-priced and overrated. They charge for EVERYTHING that they possibly can and their motto is to accept more and more students so that it APPEARS that the retention rate is going up.I have been a student at RIT for 4 years and wish that I had an opportunity to go elsewhere. However, since RIT is a quarter school is hard to transfer ANYWHERE where semesters exist because no one wants to accept the credits for what they should be worth.Given a chance to do it all over again, I definitely would have chose to go somewhere else to pursue my higher education.
