Number One: College is what YOU make of it. Number Two: Do not attend a college/university because of its ranking (i.e., Chapel Hill)Number Three: UNCW is an excellent choice and the City of Wilmington is friendly and welcoming. I attended both undergrad and grad school at UNCW and had a wonderful experience. I worked hard, enjoyed the City and Beaches, and made long-lasting friendships with my peers and professors. I also attended other universities (top tier) for grad work and feel comfortable saying UNCW is a smart choice. It will be what YOU make of it.
