Your first impression of FU may be that it is a rich, arrogant, snotty and lame university. You are wrong. I have met incredible people who are the opposite of snotty. I became much more involved in community service because Fairfield made me care more about society. If you are not a religious person, do not worry. The Jesuit university does not force christianity down your throat and everyone is open and accepting. True, there are a few students with daddy's credit card, but if you are nice, they will be nice. This place is gorgeous and amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small, beautiful college near the city.
