I am looking for a university with a history of having a profitable psychology program. Have you graduated? and if so Do you feel that after going here you were able to find subsstantial work in your field? i would apreciate you advice _email_removed_ BTW is Alfred Kinsey highly spoken of and do the students attempt to finish where he stopped if ya know what I mean? |
Major: Psychology (This Major's Salary over time)
Professors are knowledgeable and helpful- but they aren't going to hold your hand. Profs don't try to get to know you, it's up to you to go to office hours, etc. There's a lot of clubs and organizations available- I recommend getting involved as a freshman or sophomore, especially if you are interested in being president, treasurer, or whatever in that organization someday. The campus is absolutely gorgeous. The social scene is what you make of it- if greek is your thing, fine; if not there are more non-greeks than greeks and plenty to do if you look for it.
