Ohio University has exceeded my wildest expectations! I originally planned to attend a more select, private university in North Carolina and made a last minute switch to OU. I cannot be more happy with my decision. After two years at OU, I could not be more satisfied. As a student, I could not disagree more with the negative stereotypes which can sometimes be associated with the university. Athens is an incredibly safe community, the coursework can be extremely demanding depending on your major and there are so many activities on campus that do not involve alcohol. Take a seriously look at this school!!
