All of you first year students have not been here at ASU long enough to find out how things really are! Sure, class sizes are large when you're a freshman and sophomore- but after that (once your are actually working on your major) the sizes go way down. Your professors get to know you when you visit THEM during their office hours. How can they learn your name if it's a freshmen class and they have a total of 300+ students in several classes? Those of you who think otherwise obviously aren't that into your schoolwork. I have built some great relationships with my professors- they have even helped me and other students to get valuable internships! On the topic of the student body, yeah there are quite a few of the fake college co-eds. However if you ever took the time to get to know them, you would find that some of them actually are intelligent (not all of them though). Maybe they look a certain way so they can fit in with their friends, but it does not mean that they are ignorant. The people who wrote all of these other bad reviews obviously did not know how to find their niche here, or they probably had a bad experience. There are downsides to this university, as with any other. But you have to take the time to find your place and use your resources. The experience is what you make of it. If you want you can take difficult classes and use all of your time to study. Or you can take the basic classes and drink your way through college (but hopefully not pass). There are plenty of clubs and activities to enjoy if you feel that you need to add something extra to your college experience here. I am on the ASU Dance Team and I have had a blast supporting and representing my school while helping out in the community. Basically what I am trying to say is that you are extremely narrow minded if you have only gone to ASU for one year and all you have to say are negative comments that are not true. GO DEVILS!!!!!!!!!
