CMU has to be the worst university ever. Unless you are into going out every night and getting intoxicated to the point of vomiting do not attend here. Students are extremely unfriendly. I did not know a single persons name in my dorm let along the univeristy. It wasn't as if I was not friendly, I was known as the one with the best personality in high school. My roommates were terrible. I was forced to commute everyday because of how cruel they were to me. That was a two hour drive each way. I transferred second semester to Grand Valley State University, which has to be one of the best colleges in Michigan. I was actually challenged in school work, not like central. I did not study nor did any quality work ans still made the deans list at CMU. I warn all of you who are considering making CMU your choice for college… do not go here if you have morals and want a good education. If you want to be driven into a state of depression then by all means apply and go. Stay away from all the idiots who couldn't get into a good university and party non-stop in this middle of nowhere, hick community by not attending this lame ass excuse for a university. Go to GVSU!!! Go LAKERS, down with the Chippewas.
