ASU is a great place to go to school. First, you are in Downtown Tempe, which is a great place. There is so much to do, from clubs and bars, to great places to eat or relax. Phoenix is a wonderful and dynamic city as a whole - just stay out of Mesa. The school has great architecture (although some buildings, the Social Science Building, needs to be torn down and rebuilt). The night life is great! You are never bored on a Saturday night. Students are friendly and fun, proffs are quite good as well. Some are a pain to get a hold of, others live for their students. It's not the most difficult coreswork, but still challenging. This is a great school, esp. if you are from out of state. You can't beat the weather, the Phoenix area, the social life. And by the way, 110F isn't that bad! It sure beats the humidity of my home town.
