This place is boring as hell. Most people that come here live conservative lifestyles (not meaning political). They like to study all day. I've seen people study Friday nights. People play on their computer instead of going out to meet others and meet the opposite sex. The girls are very unactractive (the saying is: 9 outo 10 girls in San Diego are hot and the 10th one goes to UC San Diego). The type of people that come here are those
let's be smart-asses
type nerds who can't relate to an average dude. They act superior is if they are priests. Lots of people come here with relationships, are religious, and have not done hardly anything with the opposite sex.

If you come for a place where people do what they want, (like Marin or northern Cal), don't come here because people here are boring. Honestly, it makes me sad looking at the girls.

The only glimmer of hope is that academics are very good and you can have somewhat of a fun social and party life by joining a fraternity or sorority.

People don't just chill most of the time. They study.

Also, look into the different colleges and pick the one that fits you. If you are an engineer, not go to Warren. If you are social sciencec/humanities, go to Roosevelt or Marshall or Muir.

That's it. Also, I like Asians and all, but 40% of the campus is Asian so if that's different that your high school be ready for it. Also, there are very few Blacks. So if you like diversity, think it over. If you get into UCLA, go there. The academics are better, the people better looking, the social life more happening.
