Boston College, with its requirements in theology and philosophy, provided an excellent values-based liberal arts education. I wish there had been somewhat more of an emphasis on how to translate those ideals in the real world of work, and how to sustain those values in the face of situations/leaders with whom one needs to work who do not share the same value system.
