UCSD prepared me well and provided me with a great college experience. Some people complain that the social life at UCSD is lacking, but I think that's a function of the individual… I had no problem finding parties or having a good time. Our campus tends to attract extremely brilliant people that don't have much else (like social skills), although as our campus becomes better known, things are improving.

My only complaint is that UCSD doesn't have a division I athletics program or football, but that's just about balanced out by all the free concerts and other things to do (we're close to the mountains, the desert, a foreign country, the city and the beach is just down the hill)
