ISU is pretty much a dumping ground for the low grade students of Illinois. Sort of like extended community college… Most of my classes are boring, unchallenging and filled with busy work. On the bright side the education department is pretty decent, the political science department is absolutely amazing, and there is a small core of students that are active around campus and care about anything. The bars in Normal really suck. Some of the house parties are decent if they don't get busted by the cops.
