The school is basically open acceptance, but it does help to have a good SAT score, since the school is starting to become a little more difficult to get in to.

Getting into the University was a pain in the neckMar 02 2003Computer Science
Getting into the University was a pain in the neck. Two sets of paperwork that went along with my application were lost.
Oh, a word of advice, be sure that if you EVER want to apply for scholarships that you include the scholarship applications with your school application. I went to the local junior college which has an agreement with the University to accept students in good academic standing. I recommend that students who wish to get in, have a lot of patience, energy, and fortitude. The hoops required to get in are numerous and can be very daunting.
UWF is pretty easy to get intoNov 22 2002Religion/Religious
UWF is pretty easy to get into. The school is small and the requirements are minimal even for the honors program. However, because of the quality of the instruction and the expectation of small classes, it is extrememly tough to stay in UWF. If you graduate from here with a 3.0 or better, you'll be successful anywhere.
