It is progressively getting more and more difficult to get into. Although they do not offer private admissions interviews, push it.

Honestly, I can't even believe they let me in with my grades, but I ded better at UMass than in high school because I applied myself. If you need personal attention and smaller classes...forget it...you should have excellent study habits if you go here...very large lecture classes in your first 3 or 4 semesters.

Personally, I was top of my high school class, so hard to give specific entrance advice...but I think the standard admissions comments are applicable; do well in your classes, work experience and extra curriculars are always good, solid SAT scores...you've heard it all before.
