It's probably a lot harder to get in nowMar 15 2011Business - Management and Administration
It's probably a lot harder to get in now than when I applied. Assuming grades/sat scores are around the average, I think that showing an interest in things outside the classroom would be a big help. From what I've seen, binghamton students are very involved in the University and in campus life.
ACT: 29 SAT: 1250 Male
No interviewNov 24 2010Education
No interview. Just submitted an application and an essay.

Getting in is easy and hardOct 16 2010Engineering Department
Getting in is easy and hard. Easy to get into Harpur Liberal Arts, harder to get into Engineering/School of Management/Nursing.
Have SAT's of 1800+, a couple of AP's, a good college essay, 2+ recommendations, and you'll be in here pretty easily.
Also, make sure you take the ACT's, so much easier and much better results for me personally.
ACT: 32 SAT: 1930 Male
I didn't have the best grades, but I hadJul 04 2010PreMed and Medical
I didn't have the best grades, but I had great SAT's, so definitely work hard on those. Also, get involved, because Binghamton is always looking for people that are going to better the environment, not just sit in their room and study.
SAT: 2100 Female
To get in here all I did was doApr 29 2010Unknown
To get in here all I did was do decent on my SATs and do nothing in High School to achieve a B+ overall GPA. Unless you are a mindless drone I cannot recommend this school.
