All you have to do is be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. There are no admissions standards, anyone can get in. All the top kids spend the first month telling each other where they really wanted to go to school instead, RU is just a safety school. Its not a bad school for people who hate going to school, just for anyone who wants to learn and think and be around other bright kids.
