Super easy, they pretty much take any body for under graduate. However, if you want to do Pre-Med, Enginering or Education you will need to jump through more hoops. The graduate schools of business, education, engineering and art are all very competitive (for lack of funds/resources more than space).

If you are a business major, stay away from PSUFeb 18 2008Finance
If you are a business major, stay away from PSU. They have hired and fired more instructors in the 6 months I have been here than McDonald's. Their turnover is horrible and their tenured instructors are all complete assholes.

Beware.

I got in on my high GED scoresJan 11 2008Linguistics
I got in on my high GED scores. I didn't have to take the SATS or SATS. If you're frustrated with America (and Oregon's) failing high school system, consider getting your GED and going to college early. Take control of your education. PSU is supportive of people who show that they are actively aware of their education and are forming their own goals. Don't just slide through the system like everyone else and expect to have a fulfilling life.

Good grades. Alright SATs. Extra-curricular activities. Good essay. It wasn't very hard getting in.
