Don't be fooled, getting in isn't the hard partJan 26 2006Education
Don't be fooled, getting in isn't the hard part. It's staying in that's hard. They kick out students for ANYTHING that they think is bad, even if you didn't do it. I'll bet about 30% of students are expelled (and another 30% drop out/leave after their first year, because of how ridiculous the school is). :-(
ACT: 25 Female
I went to PCC because I looked through AJan 18 2006Music - Performance
I went to PCC because I looked through A LOT of colleges (Christian and secular) and PCC seemed to have something that the others didn't. I can't explain it. I visited the college before I tried to enroll, and I was caught by the friendly attitude. The students I roomed with when I was a Junior in H.S I still see some of them, and I am a Junior in college now! I would recommend this school because it has a friendly students body. Morality and the Bible are taught. The teachers love their students and don't look at them as a number. If it is possible, I would call some of my teachers, friends. Plus, I found a wonderful young man to be my boyfriend.
I homeschooled our two girls for 17 yearsJan 14 2006Art & Design Department
I homeschooled our two girls for 17 years.

They look at ACT or SAT scores and some weird questionnaire. Very different than other colleges.

My husband was right in the end. He is an attorney and didn't like the place from the moment he set foot on campus. Arrogance, pride, elitism, and fear are the traits that some of the staff possess. I sincerely regret our association with this institution.

I recommend taking their Bible classesJan 14 2006Nursing
I recommend taking their Bible classes. The best spiritual food for any Christian.
Make sure it's the Lord's will for your lifeJan 13 2006Religion/Religious
Make sure it's the Lord's will for your life. Students who leave bad comments about PCC either rebels in their heart for going there not being God's will, or being rebels in it being God's will and leaving. So my Best advice and pray and make sure your at Peace.
