Getting in was extremely easy for meJan 07 2006Business - Management and Administration
Getting in was extremely easy for me. I scored 1130 on my SAT's and had no problem at all. Many students I've talked to scored much, much lower and still got in. If you can't get in here, you must be pretty dumb. However, the standards are being raised. Just recently, the business school raised its admission standards.

In the near future, the admissions process is supposed to become more selective in order to cap the enrollment at around 12,000 students. So in the future, it will be a little tougher to get in here.

It's not all that difficult to get in atDec 26 2004Music - Performance
It's not all that difficult to get in at CCU and it's pretty easy to "fit in". That said, once here, many students fail to thrive. The ease of admission does not correspond with the ease of course-work. It is a challenge to exceed expectations... Demands on time are extreme and failure to participate will result in a failure to thrive at this school. You will not be able to just sit and observe if you expect to excel.

I started at a two-year technical school, so I took a college placement test instead of the SAT. after graduating, I simply applied at CCU and was accepted immediately. I recommend starting at a small technical school if you are undecided about what you want to do. It's a lot less expensive and as long as you take classes that will transfer it's great.
