I was in the top 10% of my graduatingDec 24 2007PreMed and Medical
I was in the top 10% of my graduating class and got into Texas, Texas A&M, Baylor, Clemson, Furman, University of Georgia, and Auburn. I decided Baylor was right for me. Don't be fooled though; it might be easy to get into, but it's hard to get out of.
A decent GPA (3Dec 22 2007Business - Management and Administration
A decent GPA (3.2 or above), good class rank, good essay, some kind of diversity (male, minority, out-of-state) is good.
ACT: 26 Female
Decent ACT and GPANov 24 2007Sociology
Decent ACT and GPA...not that hard to get in, really. The online app is Free and usually about 50% of applicants are accepted.
ACT: 29 Female
It didn't seem hard to get in at allNov 11 2007Journalism
It didn't seem hard to get in at all. I turned in my application in September and then I didn't turn in the extra stuff until Oct. 31st, haha. I think they were on the fence about me cause they kept calling and reminding me that the optional essay and recommendation stuff deadline was coming up and I was like yeah I know, go away. But I turned in my resume and essay and talked about my experiences with church and my christianity. I got a 1940 on the SAT or 1350 math+verbal, I don't know what people say these days. And a 29 on the ACT. They accepted me 6 days after I turned in my extra stuff so I don't think it's too hard to get in if you have decent grades, scores, etc, and talk about how your faith has helped you.
